Building Capacity to establish Local Change Agencies.
On 22 January 2021, we kicked off our capacity building series. The first workshop concentrated on the facilitation of local communities of practice by local change agents. It tackled the concept of developing social innovation ecosystems and local communities of practice. It explained the roles of change agents and how to effectively collaborate through change agencies. Part two of the workshop dealt with the establishment of local Social Innovation Makerspaces as unique learning hubs that are acting as community-operated innovation incubators.
